This is the wonderful experience in my life that I have created the LAN/WAN, VoIP, ISP and wireless setup for three hundred workstations with also provide the desktop services be alone and have built the application for IT SUPPORT.
- Maintaining records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken and installation activities.
- Maintained, Installed and Configurated HP Switch, Router & Firewall and Radware IPS with VPN device
- Configuring, Maintaining and Update the IPS’s signature from the unknown threats.
- Restore and backup for all devices such as Router, Firewall, Switch, IPS & LB.
- Adding the routes in router as per adding new server machine for the DMZ_network.
- Nat the new website with the public IP in ISP for the view of users and To manage & create the policy for new users as per required in firewall.
- Maintaining & expanding the network and handle the all type of network issue.
- Escalating the issue towards ISPs (NKN) for technical queries and quality of services
- Managing the network inventory through the useful life-cycle of each asset and Update the JaKeGA website as per requirement. And working with a team in 24x7 environments.
- Accountable for the support, installation and maintenance of:
- To manage SwitchL2 & 3 (VLAN,VRRP DHCP, ACL).
- Router (ISP, Static routing, Natting, ACL,VRRP).
- Firewall (Zone Policies, Url-filtering, Static routing, ACL,VRRP).
- IPS (Signature updating, Block the malicious IP’s, Access User).
- Array VPN_Device (To install the Direct_Desktop & Direct_FTP and Motion Pro client end software.
- Maintained & developed the intranet and IT-Support websites.
