I had created the LAN and WAN setup for first floor and provided the service such as Active directory, File server, Messenger server (Xp) and solved the needful issue.
- Administering & designing LANs, WAN’s internet/intranet and voice networks.
- Analyzing & developing key components using methodology prescribed techniques.
- Communicating and negotiating with users, specialists, other staff and ISP.
- Raised a ticket to regional and national ISPs (Sify) for technical queries and qos.
- Maintaining pre-packaged software applications on the intranet-work.
- Upgrading and repairing faults on wind-systems, networks & peripheral equipment. Cisco & HP switch configuration in particular vlan configuration/troubleshooting.
- Network connectivity troubleshooting, ping, tracert, telnet.
- Working with multiple technical platforms i.e. Cisco & Microsoft network-servers.
- Accountable for the support, installation and maintenance of:
- Switch (L2 & L3) & Dialer (Rapid n X-lite) with Audio dialer.
- Active directory n File server (2003), Exchange mail server (2007).
- Web and Terminal server (2003) & Messenger server with XP.
