This is the wonderful experience in my life that I have created the LAN/WAN, VoIP, ISP and wireless setup for three hundred workstations with also provide the desktop services be alone and have built the application for IT SUPPORT.
- I had handed the team of IT and provide the good environment to them.
- Configure, test, maintain and support networks with VLAN’s and Port-security.
- Upgrading the IOS of CISCO switches (Layer 2 & 3) and maintains the voice routing.
- Advanced Network Design Set up, Maintenance and trouble-shooting for switch issue.
- I have taken the good experienced in Avaya dialer and Avaya terminals number.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting of FTP, EMS, ADS, Web server and Upgrading and repairing faults on wind-systems, networks & peripheral equipment. Cisco & HP switch configuration in particular vlan configuration/troubleshooting.
- Responsible for driving network related maintenance activities.
- RND and troubleshooting including Hardware, Network and Business Applications.
- Responsible for maintaining and installing computer networks based around Microsoft & Cisco Technologies and handling all escalated calls from client site end (Wipro, IBM, Ericsson, Avaya).
- Accountable for the support, installation and maintenance of:
- SwitchL2 & 3 (vlan, vtp, port-security, VoIP) and Router (OSPF and ACL).
- To manage & create the policy as per required in firewall.
- Active directory n File server (2008), Exchange mail server (2007,2010).
- Troubleshoot and solved the technical issue as come from our team.
- Maintained & developed the intranet and IT-Support websites.
- Maintained and update the Web server and Terminal server.
